During the first two weeks of June, Satair organised a series of Material Support Roadshows across four separate locations in China.
Hosted jointly by Training Services, the Support Team and Satair China, the events were held in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou and were attended by 128 customer representatives from 35 airlines and MROs across China. Attendees ranged from both operational to management level.
The aim of the roadshow was to provide a platform to update our Chinese customers on Satair’s material support & services portfolio, operational performance, and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives as well as to discuss Satair's future plans for supporting our customers’ growth in China.
In doing so, Satair also aimed to create opportunities for two-way open dialogue and face-to-face communication between our customers and us, and also to facilitate exchanges between customers on their operational best practices, experiences, challenges and new knowledge in the field of material management.
There was a strong flow of good questions, comments and constructive feedback from delegates on topics ranging from Satair services and products portfolio, customer order fulfilment, AOG support, planning, local inventory, and logistics services. Particular interest was shown in the newly-launched Satair WeChat company account, which aims for better knowledge-sharing and customer communication in China.
It was truly inspiring to engage with our customers and learn more about their challenges and what we can do to support.
